b. Payment Requirement: We offer “Cash in Advance” payment option, you agree to make full payment for the products or services you are purchasing before any goods are shipped, services are rendered, or access is granted.

4. Delivery and Shipment

a. Delivery: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products as agreed upon. We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.

b. Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in writing.

c. e. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. If the delivery failures result from incorrect or incomplete address information, unavailability, or other recipient-related issues, the customer shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to multiple delivery attempts.

f. Options for Non-Delivery: If delivery cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time, we offer the following options:

i. Reschedule: If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will schedule a maximum of 1 additional delivery attempts, as specified in our agreement or purchase order. You may agree to reschedule the delivery to a later date, which will be mutually determined.

ii. Partial Delivery: If part of the order can be fulfilled, we may offer partial delivery with the remainder to be delivered at a later date.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Returns: Returns will be considered only in the case of damaged or incorrect items and must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

b. Refunds: Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion, based on the specific circumstances.

6. Compliance and Licensing

a. Compliance: Customers are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, sale, and use of pharmaceutical products.

b. Licensing: Customers must hold the necessary licenses and permits for purchasing and distributing pharmaceutical products.

b. Prompt written notice must be provided to the other party within 3 days, detailing the event, its expected duration, and mitigation efforts. If the force majeure event extends beyond 7 days, either party may terminate the contract.

c. Costs incurred as a result of such events, the allocation of liabilities, and the resolution of disputes are specified herein. Insurance coverage is recommended for mitigating financial impact. Legal review is advised to ensure compliance with relevant laws.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

a. Changes: CSK Pharma Sdn. Bhd. may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of changes.
